I ordered a vegan pho bowl with noodles, vegan spicy tofu with rice. They were so delicious. Pho Maniac has the best Pho bowls & best place for Vietnamese food in Halifax

I am vegan and to my surprise Pho Maniac customizes amazing vegan food on request. We ordered one vegan pho bowl, fresh vegan rolls and spicy tofu. I definitely recommend this if you are vegan and they do have lots of vegetarian and meat options.

This is gonna sound ridiculous, but after travelling to vietnam and living in Toronto where you get a variety of good quality Pho, I gotta say this is one of the best bowls of Pho i've ever had.Just trust me on this

Always delicious, we've eaten here so many times now. This is our go-to place to eat Pho and Vietnamese food.It's not just the amazingly tasty food though, great service and a clean restaurant help as well.We highly recommend!

I’m glad I found a great Asian Restaurant in Halifax and possibly the best Vietnamese one.My friends had their signature Bun Bo Hue and they felt it was amazing. The broth and the meat felt nicely balanced in flavour.I had a Chicken Stir Fry with Vegetables and Rice and it checked all boxes for me.We followed these with the Deep Fried Banana With Ice Cream and even that was great combination.The winner for me was the Vietnamese Coffee. The way it is made is interesting in its own but the flavour was better than any other Cold Brew I’ve ever had. Pardon my language but this was Pho-king amazing.Another Gem of Halifax easily.

Super delicious. Probably one of the best pho restaurant I've been to. The soup was so flavorful and not too salty unlike many places. The noodle was perfectly cooked - not too soggy and not too hard. The BBQ chicken tasted so good, with a tinge of sweetness and flavors marinated within. Waitress was friendly and it had good vibes. Highly recommend and would come back again!

Fresh and well portioned food.Clean restaurant.Quick and efficient service.Really enjoyed this meal. I also had an order of shrimp rolls. I would def come back for more.

Place was packed when I entered the restaurant, and I was not disappointed. Food was good, prices were reasonable, and staff were friendly. Service was a bit slow since it was a full house, but I knew that when I got a table. That said, if you're looking for a quick bite, this may not be for you. However, you won't be disappointed if you're willing to wait!I had the pho special and my wife the pork BBQ combo. The pho special had steaming hot both, which was light and flavorful. There was also plenty of meat which was more than enough to make me very full at the end.The pork in the BBQ combo was cooked well and had plenty of flavor as well. The spring roll was tasty and not oily at all. Both dishes definitely hit the spot for us and we were happy with our meals.I highly recommend this place and if I ever travel to Halifax again, I'd check it out again!

This is the best Vietnamese Restaurant in Halifax! I am 100% Vietnamese and I accidentally found this place while on my vacation and it made my trip even more fantastic!! The Bun Bo Hue is simply a heaven and everything is true authentic taste. The customer service is top notch. Very Recommended❤️

What a great find! I've had Pho all over the world (not in Vietnam, I concede) and this was definitely more than passable. Good flavours without having to douse it in sriracha or hoisin. Only wish they provided basil on the side too apart from the traditional sprouts and lime. The other dishes we had were all really great, especially the fried banana and ice-cream dessert! Very good grilled meats. Good coffee too. Highly recommended.
